WORKOUT 2

Invite the natural beings to help us strengthen peace between the natural kingdoms, people and nations and to give us protection and support in our living environment.

The call for joint peace work is aimed not only at groups, but also at individuals. Group energy can also arise when I invite the spirit beings of friends, relatives, special people, deceased ancestors, spiritual circles, old sages, shamans, natural peoples, special saints, ... to the rituals that I create.

It would be possible to create an invitation list that I would expand from time to time and read out in the ritual.

I especially ask you to invite the force field, the community and the center PAZ MUNDO and its force field TO OM RA KAAN. Our projects are dedicated to peace between the natural kingdoms, people and peoples, beings and souls on other levels.

Diesen MONAT, auch als Wonnemonat Mai bezeichnet, sollten wir besonders der erwachenden Natur im Frühling widmen. Es bieten sich wunderbare Möglichkeiten, im eigenen Lebensumfeld einen Ort zu suchen, den ich alleine, mit Familie, mit Kind(ern) oder in einer Gruppe aufsuche, um dort die Naturwesen zu erreichen, einzuladen, zu stärken und zu ehren. Dies können ein Stein, ein Baum, eine Wiese, ein Garten, eine Schlucht, ein Berg oder Hügel, eine Quelle, ... sein.

Jedes Mal, wenn du an den Ritualort zurück kehrst, solltest du die Wesen dort näher spüren und dich dort wohl fühlen. Komme als Gebende(r), als Liebende(r), als Ehrende(r), Segnende(r), ... weniger als HeilerIn, nicht als Bessermensch oder als Programmierer.

Bringe gesegnetes Wasser von deinem Altar, von einer Kirche oder Wallfahrtsort mit. Bringe Früchte, Symbole, Süßigkeiten, Flüssigkeiten, und Essenzen ...

Ein besonderes Erlebnis ist ein Einkauf, bei dem ich mich vorher mit dem Ort verbinde und frage, was sich die Wesen dort wünschen und danach einzukaufen. Viele Kinder lieben es, bei solchen Einkäufen und Ritualen dabei zu sein und mit zu wirken. Sie sollten sich im Ritual auch einbringen können, Aufgaben bekommen, Kontakte zu diesen Wesen und Ebenen spüren.

Habe den Mut, den Ort zu segnen, indem du den Platz mit geweihtem Wasser besprenkelst, Essenzen verschüttest, dort räucherst und das Herz der Mutter Erde dabei einbindest und sie um Erlaubnis für das Ritual bittest. Das Dunkelreich ehrst du durch dunkle Süßigkeiten, Getränke, ...

In the ritual, the natural beings should feel joy, gratitude, help and companionship from the human realm. Healing and cleansing arise especially through your devotion to the ritual, in which you can and should open your heart, your love. Don't ignore the dark forces of nature - they should be included equally; like us, they live in polarity and are entitled to places through which they can express themselves, even if we believe we have to heal or usually even avoid such places.

IN THE RITUAL ASK FOR FORGIVENESS for the isolated actions of people who abuse nature and its beings and exclude them from life.

HEALING of MOTHER EARTH THROUGH MY APPRECIATION

Put flowers on a natural tar in the garden, design a balcony, build a small natural tar in the house and repeatedly touch the natural beings with the human symbols and signs of connection. Even SMS, Whatsapp and emails written to them are received. Tell the beings your experiences and adventures in everyday life and let them take part in it. They understand your language, your attitude, your thoughts and feelings and enjoy being with you.

Consciously take them with you on walks and excursions, share with them the beauties of other places and countries. Tell them about the beautiful things about being human. Let them participate in your form, experience eroticism, sex and sensuality. You can strengthen, heal and nourish yourself with the energy of fertility and the magnetism of your sexuality.

Besinne dich auf die Schlichtheit und Schönheit der Natur. Richte dich im Ritual auch sprachlich an die 4 Naturreiche und lade ihre Hüter und Wesen ein. Die 4 Reiche sind:

1 Mineralienreich, Berge, Landschaften, Steine, Edelsteine, ...

2 Pflanzenreich mit Bäumen, Blumen, Kräutern, ...

3 Tierreich mit all der Vielfalt der Tiere

und gib allen ein liebevolles Zeichen aus dem 4. Reich, unserem Menschenreich.

Was auch immer du einem Ort, den Naturreichen geben möchtest, es darf bescheiden sein und sollte aus dem Gefühl von Liebe, Dankbarkeit und Respekt geschehen.

Stets solltest du an dem Ort, wo du rituell arbeitest, vorher um Einlass und die dortigen Wesen um ihre Mitwirkung bitten. Die Einladung der Licht- wie auch der Schattenwesen und Welten sollten Basis jedes Ritual sein.

In der christlichen Umfeld wäre die große Heilerin und Liebende der Naturreiche die HERZENSGÖTTIN MARIA. Ihr Symbol ist die weiße Rose, ein besonderes Symbol ihrer seelischen Reinheit. Ihr ist auch der Monat MAI und die HERZENSLIEBE zwischen den Menschen und den Naturreichen gewidmet(Blumenschmuck der Kirchen, Kapellen, ...) Sie ist dadurch auch in Einheit mit den keltischen Frühlingsgöttinnen und ihren Kraftorten und allen anderen Wesen der Religionen und Kulturen.

Erzähle dieser Herzensgöttin während deinem Ritual von deinen Liebeserfahrungen, von schönen und auch weniger schönen Erfahrungen in der Liebe. Sie hört dies lieber als Gebetsrezitationen vom Kreuzesweg Jesu. Der Rosenkranz sollte die Betenden in die Haltung des Loslassens von Gedanken und Alltagserfahrungen bringen. Ein Liebesgedicht, vor einer Madonna oder in der Natur vorgetragen, wird ihr Herz und auch Deines erreichen und dich heilen und stärken.

Im Namen des göttlichen Vaters, der Mutter Erde, des Kindes und des göttlichen Geistes, der in allem wohnt, beginne ich dieses Ritual, das ich der Verbindung von uns Menschen mit den Naturreichen und dem Frieden zwischen den Wesen und Welten widme. 

Dafür erbitte ich die Präsenz der Naturkräfte, die Frühlingspflanzen, die Blumen, die Berge, die Seen, Flüsse und Quellen des Ortes, der Region, der Erde. Lade dazu Urlaubsorte ein, besonders deinen Geburtsort und die Orte, an denen du die Schönheit der Natur in deiner Heimat, auf den Urlaubsreisen schon erleben durftest.

Connect with the 4 elements, invite them. Call the Guardians of the 4 directions and imagine a circle with an isosceles cross marking the 4 directions.

You can also design this circle as a stone circle. The center of the circle is the symbol for the heart of Mother Earth. Decorate this heart as if you were decorating a lover's heart, with flower petals, sugar,...

They can be thought, written or spoken words to natural beings. You can play music for the ritual (also via headphones) that you dedicate to the natural beings.

It can be gifts in the form of flowers, a stone or other symbols from nature. With words of invitation you honor and bless them and ask them to participate in the ritual.

Take water that you bring with you beforehand with your devotion, with your thoughts, with appreciation and love, or draw there and bless it for the ritual.

It can be a candle blessed with gratitude that you light in the name of divine creation. This candle burns for the strengthening of natural beings and for the purification of people who disregard and abuse nature and have isolated themselves from nature. Take this candle home with you and light it again and again in connection with the ritual.

A gift of incense, a burning charcoal with herbs, incense are symbols of purification and strengthening for the place and for the souls and beings of the place.
