WORKOUT 5

I do this workout at the PAZ MUNDO center in Guatemala. The weather here, like in other parts of the world, is unbalanced. There is a lack of rain, people are worried about a possible crop failure, a hurricane is currently raging on the Caribbean coast and is likely to bring heavy rainfall and possibly natural disasters in the highlands in the near future.

In our rituals and concentrations we always see how little people are willing to give something for what they receive or expect in life. The cosmos, the earth, like humans, are in a cycle of GIVING and RECEIVING. Mobility, awareness, deeper (shadow realm) and higher (light realm), spiritual access are the result of human effort, spiritual search, internal and external mobility, mental and physical devotion, motivation and joy in learning and experiencing New. This attitude is the key to opening up love, contentment, happiness, meaning in life, trust and respect and the basis of inner and outer abundance in life.

When life brings me physical or subtle abundance, I should become aware of closing the cycle of GIVING and RECEIVING in a real (donation, gift, sacrifice) or through a symbolic action (ritual) or gesture of gratitude.

BLOCKAGES BETWEEN HUMAN AND NATURE

The blockages in the flow of energy in the areas of finance, food, the movements of fate caused by natural disasters that we are becoming more and more aware of on the planet are also related to people's lack of attitude to express gratitude to the gross or subtle helpers of MOTHER EARTH that affect my quality of life mentally and physically. The elements and natural forces react to our attitude to life.

We see nature's response to our one-sided behavior in the areas of agriculture, business, technology, careers, relationships, families and in the lack of affection for our ancestors. The divine-cosmic connection of many people also suffers greatly from the lack of gratitude and the unwillingness to reconnect with the other worlds. Unfortunately, the Christian religions have also banned nature and its beings from their rituals. As a result, people increasingly lack their natural strength reserves and the protection of natural forces.

Prayers in times of need are less effective than turning to the spiritual world in moments when I am feeling well. The quality of a spiritual connection is reflected in everyday life through a positive, trusting and giving-oriented attitude to life. In this way, people can come into the form of abundance that is intended for them and their learning processes. In interpersonal relationships it should be a matter of course to express GRATITUDE to parents, siblings, teachers,... Likewise, this attitude of GRATITUDE should also be expressed towards Mother Earth for food, agriculture, balance of elements, financial abundance, projects and visions.

Rituals, prayers and meditations are primarily a symbol of our willingness to establish and maintain the connection to the other worlds and to strengthen our spirit, our connection to God. We should become aware that in every person there is the subtle part of the SOUL - SPIRIT BEING, which strives to establish, maintain and strengthen contact with the spiritual world, with beings of other worlds and levels. Through prayers, meditations, through our attitude of giving, we symbolically switch ourselves “online” with other worlds and show ourselves ready to give something for this connection. From this attitude we can receive both spiritual and material abundance.

In Ritualen für die Mutter Erde bedarf es einer geistigen und auch physisch materiellen Gabe. Die geistige Gabe, verbunden mit einer tief empfundenen Dankbarkeit, verändert unser energetisches Lebensumfeld im höchsten Maße.

Durch den Schmuck eines Platzes, eines Hauses, eines Altars mit Blumen, durch das Anzünden von Kerzen, durch Materialien, die für ein Ritual besorgt werden, können wir Dankbarkeit auch sichtbar Ausdruck verleihen.

Die materielle Gabe erfolgt durch Geschenke von Lebensmitteln an die Natur und durch das Bewusstmachen der Naturwesen als unsere Lebensbegleiter im Lebensalltag. Sie fühlen sich dadurch von uns Menschen erkannt, angenommen und zeigen sich erkenntlich durch ihre Möglichkeiten, uns durch ihre Präsenz, Vitalenergie, durch ihre Form der Liebe zu bereichern und zu beschenken. Naturwesen sind in den Legenden, Märchen und Sagen auch verbunden mit unserem inneren und äußeren Reichtum. Sie können uns sowohl mit finanziellen als auch mit geistiger Fülle beschenken.

I dig a round hole in the ground, about 40 cm deep, and pour about 1kg of sugar into the bottom of the hole. I frame this with honey, fill it further with sliced fruits, with bread, cakes, cookies, chocolate, herbs, ... pour water (if possible sea water, lake water, running water from a spring or stream and holy water from a church or mine Altar: I pour alcohol (sweet liqueur, herbal schnapps, beer,...) into the 4 cardinal directions of the hole and place petals or flowers over everything.

Outside I place 2 candles of the 4 colors of the 4 elements in the 4 cardinal directions. I place 2 white candles in the north for the beings of the air element, 2 red candles in the east for the beings of the fire element, 2 yellow candles in the south for the beings of the water element and 2 black candles in the west for the beings of the earth element.

I light the candles and begin the ritual.

In the name of the divine father, the mother earth, the child and the divine spirit that resides in the planetary order, I ask the guardians of the mother earth and her natural kingdoms for my own inner newness through the appreciation of my humanity and nature.

I THANK YOU for my path in life, for the beauty of the earth, for the companionship of natural beings in my earthly existence and for all the abundance that has been given to me here.

I connect with peaceful, human beings such as the Christian master FRANCIS, the Indian sages, the shamans and sages of the indigenous peoples, who recognized the beauty, dignity and power of NATURAL BEINGS during their lifetime and nurtured them through their love and rituals. I ask you to help me and the generations currently living on earth to become beautiful, healthy, harmonious and powerful again inside and out.

I request in GRATITUDE the presence of the HEART of MOTHER EARTH and her four NATURAL KINGDOM, which make the fourth, cosmic ray of harmony in the beauty and diversity of forms visible and tangible for us humans.

I rejoice in the presence of the guardians and companions of the mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom and the human kingdom.

I invite the guardians of the 4 elements in connection with the beauty, purity and balance of nature and God's creation.

I request the presence of the guardians of the natural kingdoms, the small peoples, the beings of the earth-air-fire and water worlds.

I connect with KU KUUL KAAN, who carries all vibrations and frequencies within him and connects us humans with the natural kingdoms and with the cosmic - spiritual worlds and beings in UNITY.

Orderly, harmonious, happy music that activates, internalizes, that carries peace and harmony, but also joy, lightness and love of life. Folk music, drum sounds, conch shells, simple songs and chants about nature.

I cover everything with earth again and imagine how the gifts are accepted in the underground worlds and trigger a lot of joy, love and gratitude there.

I would like to say thank you to everyone present, to all those involved, to those who were willing to support this THANKSGIVING RITUAL.

I would like to express special thanks to the HEART OF MOTHER EARTH and to her helpers, whose task it is to constantly rearrange, manage and strengthen the basic planetary order in the natural kingdoms.

I thank the divine helpers, human and natural companions for their help and willingness to nourish and strengthen the SPIRIT OF MOTHER EARTH in times of external turbulence.
